CamerEye optimizes its capabilities further through subscriptions, providing enhanced video access, deeper data insights, robust safety notifications, and the complete SmartEye-Q feature set.

• Basic: This option includes AI-assisted streaming access, remote alerts/alarms, customer support via email and phone, a 15-day history of detected events (people, pets, distress signals, swims, Pool Pro logs), and SmartEye-Q functionality.
• Premium: Subscribers to this plan benefit from AI-assisted streaming access, remote alerts/alarms, email and phone support, a 30-day history of detected events, the call-a-friend feature, 3 days of full event history storage, early access to new features, an extended return period, and SmartEye-Q capabilities.

Payment Terms

If you decide on CamerEye Basic or Premium subscription plans, payments will be facilitated through iTunes. Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the current period ends. You hold the option to disable auto-renewal in the iTunes Store settings at any time. Prices for CamerEye Basic subscriptions start at $12.99 USD per month for one-month packages; 12-month and 24-month bundles are also available. For those interested in CamerEye Premium subscriptions, prices start at $19.99 USD per month for similar package variants.
